This event is ALWAYS the first (1st) weekend after Labor Day.

Room Rate $94 plus tax per night
Shuttle to/from O'Hare airport ONLY (free if available. Check with hotel.)
Please call the hotel directly when making your reservations by August 18, and be sure to tell them that you are with the BQPA/Pioneers in order to get the rate of $94 plus tax. (The National Reservation Office does not honor this rate.) ROOM RATES WILL INCREASE FOR LATE RESERVATIONS! You can cancel 48 hours before arrival.
A lot of people come on Wednesday (9-4) and get a head start, why not see if you can do so too?
There tentatively will be golf on Thursday and Friday.
